How far in advance should we order wedding favors?
For weddings and large events we recommend requesting a quote 2-3 months in advance: it gives us time to craft samples, personalize every detail, and secure raw materials.
What materials do you use for vases and candles?
Our candles are made from natural soy wax, while vases and objects combine ceramic powder with 3D-printed plant-based filament. Every piece is finished by hand in our Reggio Emilia studio.
Can we customize colors, fragrances, and wax seals?
Yes: palettes, sizes, fragrances, satin or chiffon ribbons, wax seals with your initials, and packaging are all customizable to match the style of your event.
Do you ship across Italy, or can we pick up in person?
We ship throughout Italy with recyclable protective packaging, or you can collect your order directly at our Reggio Emilia atelier by appointment.
